Conspirators on the Run: Lenin Attempts to Escape Arrest, Court Issues Third Non-Bailable Arrest Warrant

February 13, 2024 – KAILASA’s Hindus’ series of legal victories against conspirators continues as the Indian Court at Ramanagara has issued a third non-bailable arrest warrant (NBW) against Lenin, one of the primary conspirators against THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, and KAILASA, while his co-conspirator attorney Sridhar is already in jail. These malevolent actors orchestrated the creation of a deepfake video, which triggered the relentless persecution of THE SPH and KAILASA.

Lenin was charged by the Court with rape, extortion, and criminal intimidation and now tries to escape capture. The two associates are the orchestrators of the forgery of the malicious deepfake video against THE SPH and key conspirators in the bold attempt to extort a staggering sum of 100 crore INR, equivalent to over 12 million USD, from KAILASA.

Parallely, the Honorable High Court of Gujarat delivered a landmark judgment exonerating THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM of the false allegations of abduction and kidnapping. A few weeks prior, YouTube took action to stop the spread of this harmful deepfake and blocked more than 110 such videos featuring malicious, obscene deepfake content that gathered a total of more than 80 million views across multiple channels, totaling more than 160 million subscribers. YouTube has recognized the malicious nature of these deepfakes and, apart from a geographical block, has issued a strict warning unequivocally justifying its actions.

These significant legal victories are a crucial move in safeguarding human rights and online safety. This action sets a precedent for combating deepfake, anti-Hindu hate speech, misinformation, and upholding digital rights and tech ethics.
