KAILASA announces the successful offering of over 150,000 sacred meals as part of the KAILASA’s Nithyananda Aushadha Annadhan initiative, during the auspicious Pournami celebrations at KAILASA Tiruvannamalai from April 12 to 13, 2025.
This divine initiative, personally founded and continuously guided by THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, has been serving humanity for over three decades with one clear goal: to eradicate world hunger while restoring the sacred science of food as medicine.

For the thousands of devotees who gathered in Tiruvannamalai during this sacred full moon celebration, the experience went beyond nourishment—it was an act of sacred hospitality and spiritual care.
Close to 500 dedicated volunteers, under THE SPH’s direct guidance, worked tirelessly to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and spiritual intention, offering each meal with devotion and reverence.
Every dish served was aushadha—a sacred preparation rooted in the Bhaga Shastra, an ancient Vedic scripture revived by THE SPH that contains over 60,000 recipes designed for soul nourishment and healing.
These meals followed time-tested Vedic methods of preparation and were crafted using organically grown vegetables, grains, and more than 16 natural medicinal spices—each selected not just for taste but for their well-documented health-promoting properties.
KAILASA’s Nithyananda Aushadha Annadhan is not merely a food relief initiative. It is a holistic offering that brings together traditional wisdom, sustainable living, and spiritual healing.
By using naturally farmed, pesticide-free ingredients, the initiative also actively contributes to restoring biodiversity and supporting traditional agricultural practices.
In just 48 hours, this effort reached over 150,000 lives, transforming food into medicine and service into a sacred offering. It is a testament to KAILASA’s unwavering commitment to compassion, healing, and the global vision of THE SPH—to create a world where no being goes hungry, and where every meal carries the energy of divine grace.
