In yet another significant legal victory for KAILASA’s Hindus, the Indian Court at Ramanagara has issued NBW (non-bailable warrant) against one of the primary conspirators against THE SPH NITHYANANDA PARAMSHIVAM and KAILASA – Lawyer Sridhar.
On March 14, 2012, Lenin was arrested for the crimes of extortion and blackmailing. Lenin was in prison for over 100 days, after which he was released on bail under strict conditions. The Tamil Nadu police further investigated the crimes of Lenin and, in March 2015, chargesheeted him for conspiracy, extortion, indecent representation of women, creating deepfake videos, and criminal intimidation. Lenin then went absconding to escape legal action on these multiple charges.
Today the Hon’ble Court in Karnataka issued a summons to him to be present to face the serious charges of rape, extortion, and conspiracy
Hon’ble Court at Ramanagara, taking cognizance of the heinous crimes of rape, extortion, and criminal intimidation perpetrated by the Hindumisic forces, has issued NBW (non-bailable warrant) against Sridhar.
These malevolent actors orchestrated the creation of a deepfake video, which triggered the relentless persecution of KAILASA.
The court has charged Lenin with rape, extortion, and criminal intimidation and ordered immediate action against the serial rapist Lenin and lawyer Sridhar, the co-creators of the malicious deepfake video and key conspirators in the brazen attempt to extort a staggering sum of 100 crore INR, equivalent to over 12 million USD, from KAILASA.
Justice prevails as the Court stands firmly in defense of truth and justice, taking action against the Hindumisic extremists attacking KAILASA’s Hindus.
Earlier this week, the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat delivered a landmark judgment exonerating the THE SPH NITHYANANDA PARAMSHIVAM of the false allegation of abduction and kidnap. Earlier this year, YouTube took action to stop this harmful DeepFake. YouTube blocked more than 110 such videos featuring malicious, obscene deepfake content, with over 80 Million views from channels with 160 Million subscribers. These significant legal victories signify a crucial move in safeguarding Human rights and online safety. This action sets a precedent for combating deepfake, Hindumisic, hate speech, and misinformation and upholding digital rights and tech ethics. YouTube has recognized the malicious nature of these deep fakes and, apart from a geographical block, has put a message warning explaining the basis for removing these deep fake videos.
And now, the Ramanagara District Court has taken cognizance of the multiple crimes and mandated swift and decisive action against the perpetrators, particularly securing Sridhar’s presence in the court, as he is brought to justice for decades of crimes against the Hindus of KAILASA and the THE SPH NITHYANANDA PARAMSHIVAM.
