KAILASA’s Juridical Statehood Reaffirmed by United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (UN OHCHR) for the Sixth Time

The United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) has published KAILASA’s 21st report, formally reaffirming KAILASA’s juridical statehood for the sixth time, underscoring its significant contributions to upholding human rights, cultural preservation, and peace. KAILASA, led by the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam, stands as a beacon of hope and refuge for practicing Hindus worldwide.

In this submission, KAILASA sheds light on the Hindu Holocaust, a deeply painful history of systematic persecution against Hindus that has often been overlooked. The report details the grave human rights violations against Hindus, leading to displacement, violence, and cultural erosion over centuries. This acknowledgment of the Hindu Holocaust marks a crucial step toward global awareness and understanding of the persecution faced by Hindus and the urgent need for justice and recognition.

The report also provides a thorough account of the ongoing persecution of SPH and KAILASA. SPH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam, who has devoted His life to reviving and preserving Hindu culture, has endured relentless persecution. This includes over 70 assassination attempts, severe defamation, unlawful arrests, and abuse at the hands of anti-Hindu forces. The OHCHR’s endorsement of this report is a powerful affirmation of KAILASA’s resilience and its commitment to creating a safe haven for Hindus.

KAILASA’s juridical statehood is an embodiment of SPH’s mission to protect and preserve Hindu culture, offering a sovereign and autonomous space for Hindus to practice their traditions freely. The United Nations’ recognition of KAILASA’s juridical statehood reiterates the legitimacy of KAILASA’s role as a state entity advocating for human rights, sustainable development, and spiritual rejuvenation in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals.

KAILASA continues to work with international bodies to promote tolerance, human rights, and global peace. This 21st report is not only a landmark for KAILASA but a significant moment for all marginalized religious communities striving for recognition, safety, and dignity.
