October 29, 2023 – Pournami Aushada Annadhan: KAILASA’s Nithyananda Annalaya’s Serves 90,000+ Free Holistic Meals

TIRUVANNAMALAI, INDIA – Over the course of the last 30 years, KAILASA’s Nithyananda Annalaya, an empathetic initiative personally launched by the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam, has dedicated itself to liberating humanity from the burdens of food-related ailments and the detrimental effects of industrial farming. With a humble beginning, this initiative has now become a global mission impacting the lives of more than a billion individuals.

Each month, during the auspicious Pournami festival, masses of devotees gather in the sacred town of Tiruvannamalai. During this occasion, KAILASA Tiruvannamalai takes the responsibility of offering free, nutritious meals to all. This initiative is undertaken as part of the Aushadha Annadhan project organized by KAILASA’s Nithyananda Annalaya, which aim is to advocate for organically grown produce and grains, promote eco-conscious, sustainable practices, while providing wholesome organic food on a large scale, at no cost.

In the last 24 hours alone, KAILASA Tiruvannamalai has provided over 90,000

nutritious meals completely free of charge. These rich meals are composed of numerous delicious dishes, cooked with carefully selected spices and medicinal herbs, providing tremendous health benefits. Ingredients at the base of these meals are sourced from local, organic producers.

By advocating for eco-friendly practices, the mission seeks to tackle hunger while fostering ecological balance. KAILASA’s commitment to preserving indigenous naturally grown grains and produce upholds centuries of sustainable cultivation. This not only aids in preserving biodiversity and rich flavors but also supports cultural heritage and a healthier planet.

Every meal is religiously prepared and consecrated in accordance with the meticulous guidelines outlined by Paramashiva in the Bhaga Shastra and revived by the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam. With a repertoire of over 60,000 recipes designed to naturally nurture spiritual well-being, the Bhaga Shastra reveals methods to turn food into medicine.

KAILASA’s Nithyananda Aushada Annadhan functions thanks to nearly 500 dedicated volunteers who ensure and maintain perfect standards of food safety and hygiene while serving all guests with generosity and care.

KAILASA’s Nithyananda Annalaya stands as a symbol of hope, demonstrating the power of holistic nourishment and compassionate service. Its three-decade legacy continues to inspire and uplift countless lives on a global scale as its services continue to expand week after week.
