Commencing Kailasa’s Ishanya Project For The Betterment Of Humanity & The Environment

By the authority vested in me as the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism and the Sovereign of the Sovereign State of SHRIKAILASA by the Constitution and the laws of Sanatana Hindu Dharma, as ordained by Paramaśiva in Vedas and Agamas, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Background:

As per Sanatana Hindu Dharma, the Vedic Civilization traces its historical continuity some 1,900 million years,  flourishing in all its dimensions, including protecting mother nature and its resources, and substantially reducing waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling and reuse. Bhagavān Paramaśiva is the divine embodiment of living life from a foundation of recycled items.

Paramaśiva is the primordial Divinity in Hinduism – the Ultimate Reality and Cause, which is self effulgent (svyamprakāśa), all pervading, unchanging beyond time, space, form and causality.

Bhagavān Paramaśiva’s whole life is recycling.

  1. Starting from the place he resides, he lives in samshana, the land everyone has given up.
  2. He wears the jewelry made of rudraksha which is a seed from Elaeocarpus ganitrus tree or simply called the ‘The Rudraksha Tree’ grown and found in the foothills of the Himalayas to Nepal, South and Southeast Asia, parts of Australia, Guam, and Hawaii. These brown coloured rudraksha stones are of low cost representing minimalistic living.
  3. Bhagavān Paramaśiva’s companions are the “Bhuta Ganas”, who are socially unaccepted and isolated.  He hosts them and provides work for them to experience themselves as divine and evolve spiritually.
  4. As per Hinduism every deity has a vahana or a ‘Vehicle’ they ride upon and Bhagavān Paramaśiva has an old bull as his vehicle, that is of no use in any aspect

Everything Bhagavān Paramaśiva uses are recycled items. He is the symbol of recycling and reusing in Hinduism.

Section 2. Purpose:

Due to the increased level of global mass production taking place every day to sustain and fulfill the upgraded needs of humanity, planet Earth has taken a heavy toll of its aftereffects. With sufficient resources available to cater  for the requirements of all people, still, there is a major part of humanity in the world being deprived of their basic needs. While tonnes of food, clothes and other things are getting excessively wasted each day, they are equally excessively needed each minute in the underdeveloped countries, states and areas or the world.

2017 million tonnes of waste is generated annually around the world

The unbreakable cycle of continuous production of food, clothes, medical equipment, technological equipment, etc by humanity, and the little attention paid towards these products after use, have created ripple effects which, starting as environmental toxic cesspools that affect billions of people below poverty line, will in future simultaneously bring worrisome breakdowns in healthcare systems, education, food supply-chain management, economy as well as higher unemployment rates.

After a thorough study, it became obvious that we need to immediately turn our attention towards strategically recycling the unwanted items from the mass productions of food, clothes and other equipment in the world.

KAILASA is tirelessly working towards providing to the needy to eradicate the environmental threats, extreme imbalance of basic needs such as food, clothes, shelter and other personal requirements faced by the people therefore paving the way to achieve the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDG):

  1. Eradicating Poverty,
  2. Eradicating Hunger,
  3. Ensuring Healthy Lives,
  4. Promoting Economic Growth,
  5. Making cities Safe and Resilient, and
  6. Promoting Peaceful and Inclusive Societies

…through KAILASA’s Ishanya Project, and in collaboration with various ShriKailasa Uniting Nations initiatives.

Section 3. Policy

As per recent United Nations announcements,  the global human population is more than 7 billion. In fact, by November 2022,  there will be some 8 billion people living on planet Earth.  As a modern society, we have already reached a level where we can provide food, clothes, shelter, medical care for all 8 billion people. We have already reached that state in terms of technology, infrastructure, provision & fulfillment of basic needs for the estimated population.

Unfortunately, although we are equipped with the necessary resources, decision makers around the world are yet to reach the conscious levels required to allocate resources among all 8 billion people. The survival needs for the 8 billion population on planet Earth doesn’t depend on food & housing availability, but rather on the right conscious levels of its leaders.

Due to this lack of consciousness, the tug of war between excess production and inadequate allocation of resources have affected billions of livelihoods across the world in various ways:

  1. Across the globe, home foreclosures and other factors have led to millions of empty homes staying locked, no people living inside. On the other hand, many millions of people are homeless.
  2. There is adequate food produced currently to satiate and nourish every man, woman and child on this planet, yet over 800 million people suffer from extreme hunger every day. Food worth over $1 trillion is lost or wasted every day just to maintain level prices. Meanwhile elsewhere on the planet, millions are dying without food.
  3. Millions of tons of  hardly worn clothes go to landfills or are simply dumped into the ocean by developed countries, because people don’t know what to do with them. The cycle of continuous dumping in turn is adding to the pollution and environmental degradation, becoming a hazard to nature.  Elsewhere on the planet, millions go without even basic clothing.

Although we have established capabilities of providing food, shelter and clothes for all 8 billion people in the world through the use of technology in multifarious ways, we are gravely downplaying our potential efforts which can exponentially benefit planet Earth and humanity. It is  the  policy of KAILASA, to combat the threat to nature, as well as to ensure a blissful, fulfilled life for all 8 billion people. Therefore, I am starting a global project “Ishanya” on the basis of recycling and reusing. KAILASA shall collect good quality items that are being wasted and dumped into the ocean or incinerated, and distribute them to countries and to people for whom it is a great boon.

Even if we start putting our consciousness in this direction, we will get millions of people out of poverty. The food which is wasted, if it is taken, processed and distributed to those who don’t have food, millions will come out of poverty.  In many developed countries, lots of medical equipment is used for only 1 or 2 years before it is discarded. This medical equipment can be of great use  in other countries.

The economic crises arise due to the imbalance in the scale of production and the allocation of resources, and can be avoided with the implementation of two measures:

  1. Recycling and reusing – millions of people can be brought out of poverty through global, strategic recycling and reusing.
  2. Samadhi practice – raising the level of consciousness of the world through practice of Samadhi, will also result in millions of people being brought out of poverty.

If the decision makers of the world take on Samadhi practice, they will feel less insecure, and they will keep the currency current. If the currency is kept current, there will not be any economic crisis. All economic crises  are developed due to the insecurity arising in the minds of decision makers of the world. Many country leaders, when they start feeling insecure, they start hoarding, making the currency stagnant in the economy. Naturally less developed countries plunge into poverty, causing economic crisis and other related problems.

When you practice Samadhi, you enrich the world with Samadhi; whether it’s individual problems you are facing, your personal health related issues, or the whole world related issues, or whether you are facing your personal economic problems, or the world health crisis, your personal relationship issues or relationship between countries, for everything, practicing Samadhi is the most powerful solution.

When you practice Samadhi, everything in your control becomes conscious, powerful, right and best for you and for the world.

Therefore, I direct the citizens of KAILASA during the period of Chaturmasya (July 13th 2022-October 5th 2022) to  sincerely work towards making 1 crore people practice Samadhi and 1 crore people should be pulled out of poverty.

Let us work on serving the society through these recycling methods. If we concentrate on this recycling and reusing, we will do so much good to the world.
